DeVon Veater focuses on commercial litigation and judgment enforcement. He helps clients move from claims and court orders to actual recovery through garnishments, debtor examinations, writs, levies, and related enforcement strategy.

Before entering the practice of law, DeVon spent more than a decade owning and operating a successful vehicle-repair franchise. That business background gives him a practical understanding of leverage, operations, and the real-world pressures clients face in litigation and collection matters. He earned his J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he was a Pedrick Scholar.
